Why shops work with us

We bring buyers whose parts fit your shop. The rest you agree with the buyer.

Buyers who fit your shop

Requests are matched to your machines, the copper grades you run and the quantities you take.

Requests you can judge

Each preview shows the part, grade, size, quantity, tolerance and finish, so you see the fit before you pay.

The customer is yours

You quote, agree terms and deliver to the buyer directly. No commission on the order.

Want help handling overseas buyers, from the first reply to delivery? Email and we will talk it through.

What an RFQ preview looks like

Enough to judge fit and effort. The buyer's name, company and files are released only after you take the lead.

Who qualifies

We keep the list short so buyers get serious quotes and each shop gets requests it can win. Score your shop against the full checklist in two minutes.

  • Copper is normal workYou run C101, C110 or a free-machining grade often enough to quote it without guessing.
  • Burrs and finishYou know what it takes to hand off a copper part burr free and ready for plating.
  • Response timeYou reply to buyers within 48 hours.
  • ConfidentialityYou sign an NDA when the buyer asks for one.
  • Honest quotingYou decline parts you cannot hold rather than quote and miss.

Questions shops ask

Is one RFQ sold to many shops?

No. Each RFQ goes to 3 shops at most, and only to shops whose machines, materials and part size fit the request.

How much does a lead cost?

The price sits on every preview, before you decide. It moves with part complexity and order size. You pay only for the leads you take.

What if a lead is not what the preview described?

Tell us within seven days and we check it against the preview we sent you. Wrong contact details or a part that is clearly not what the preview described are settled with you directly while we write the exact remedy into the shop terms.

Do I need to cut only copper?

No, but copper has to be normal work for you. We ask which grades you run, how you deburr and whether plating is in house or outsourced, because that is what buyers on this site ask about.
